What we collect

• Account data: name, email, billing address, licence key. Stored at pay.asteriscommerce.com (Stripe + our own DB).
• Site usage: activation pings (URL + plugin version) for licence validation. No content, no customer data, no affiliate data.
• Cloud-assist fraud: opt-in only. SHA-256-hashed signal data (no PII) shared across Asteris stores.

What we don't collect

• Your affiliate data — it stays in your WordPress database, not ours.
• Your customers' data — same.
• Any analytics, telemetry, or tracking beyond licence validation.

Your rights

• Request a copy of your data: [email protected]
• Delete your account: email the same address. We delete within 30 days (Stripe records retained per AU tax law).
